Delivery and Returns

Delivery Cost

We offer $9 Flat Rate Shipping throughout New Zealand, including rural locations.
Please note that 122Nord is currently unable to deliver items to Waiheke Island, the Chatham Islands, the Great Barrier Island and any other Island addresses.

Delivery Time

In general, we would need 24 - 72 hours to complete the dispatch process of your order and then it would be on the way to you by courier.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (excluding public holidays).

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Once your order is packed and ready, the couriers will then pick up your parcel and aim to deliver it within 2 - 3 working days in general. You will then receive a confirmation email with tracking number and other important information.

Standard items that go with courier would be delivered within 1 to 3 working days (Rural Areas will take longer and may add extra 2 - 3 working days to the delivery time frame).

The dispatch of custom/ made-to-order items will take place once they become available.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress. The link may include an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) provided by the courier, but please note that this is only an estimate and may be subject to changes within the courier network. If your order does not arrive by the ETA, don't worry. Simply check your tracking link for updates as all necessary information will be available there. If you still have further questions, please contact the courier for further information. If you do not have an ETA, delivery typically takes 2-6 business days depending on whether you are located in a rural area.

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item, you have up to 14 days from the date you received it to do so. We will refund the full price you paid for the item or issue store credit for your next purchase. However, please note that shipping fees associated with change of mind returns are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including all original protective packaging. The packaging must also be unopened. 

Lastly, please be aware that you must cover the shipping costs to return the product/s.

The following goods cannot be returned:

· Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized

· Clearance sale items

· Custom/ made-to order items

Returning a damaged or faulty item

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please contact us directly as soon as possible. We'll work with you to investigate and assess the issue. Once we confirm the damage or fault, we'll determine whether to repair, replace, or provide a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Damaged During Delivery

Please contact us by e-mail contact@122nord.co.nz within 24 hours where possible upon receipt of delivery, so that we can assist immediately.
