We work with both business and individual clients.
How much deposit do I need to pay for you to start working on my project?
We require a deposit of 50% of the total price. Most projects involve us supplying materials, so this deposit ensures your commitment to moving forward with us.
Do you offer delivery or will I need to pick up my order?
Before starting your project, we will discuss delivery methods with you to ensure your needs are met. We offer delivery within the Bay of Plenty area for an additional fee.
Can 122Nord manufacture products for my online store?
If you run an online or physical store that sells jewelry, souvenirs, home decorations, kids’ toys, Christmas decorations, or furniture, we can likely be of great help to you. We are capable of producing both simple and complex products made from materials such as wood, brass, aluminum and plastics.
Do you offer engraving services? How do I place an order?
